Single Door Access Control
Card Only...
If you just need one door securing then our All-in-One standalone proximity access control card reader is ideal for you. The system comprises an access card reader that has an on-board memory capable of storing up to 30 users. Additional users are programmed by using a master card which is supplied at the time of installation. The card reader is installed to the insecure side of the door and a Push to Exit button is fitted on the secure side allowing easy access out of the secure area. An electronic lock is fitted in the door and wired directly to the reader.
Card & PIN...
If you need extra bit of security then we can install a combined PIN and Card Access Control Reader. The card reader detailed above, relies purely on something you have i.e. an Access Card. The combined PIN/Reader relies on something you have and something you know. The installation design is the same as the stand-alone card reader. The functionality differs to the stand-alone reader. When a card is presented to the reader, a valid PIN must be entered in order for the door to be unlocked.
Controlsoft Lite - Multiple Door Access Control Systems
Our Multi Door Access Control Systems are PC Based using a Microsoft Windows operating system. The Access Control software application can be single PC based or fully client server based. The distributed structure of multi door access control systems means that all decisions are made locally at the door by Door Control Units, so the system functions independently of the PC, should communications be lost.

Employee / Visitor Management
The individual access rights of employee / visitorcardholders can be assigned according to their responsibilities to include one or more restricted areas with individual time restrictions for each access control point.
Anti-Passback
Prevent unauthorised access from users sharing a card by setting an anti-passback restriction. This prevents the same card being used more than once to enter an area.
Group Management
Where multiple employees / visitors have identical access control rights, it is easier and quicker to create a group. Any changes made to a group then immediately apply to all members in that group.
Zones
A really simple way to control groups of doors within your building is to split your site into specific zones. This makes adding users / groups with access permissions easier than programming each door individually.
Time Schedules
A quick and easy way to control the days / times that users can gain access or clock in. Time schedules can also control a door for "free access" at defined times of the day so users can freely enter or exit without showing a card.
Fire Alarm Integration
Integrate Controlsoft Lite with your Fire Alarm system so that all doors automatically open in the event that the Fire Alarm is activated.
Import / Export Data
User data can be imported directly from an Outlook vcf file or from a third party database. Time & Attendance data can be exported in various formats (e.g. Excel, CSV) using our Export wizard which makes the task very straightforward.
Real Time Information
Controlsoft Lite provides real time information so that software users can monitor / view all forms of access control and security alarm & event activity.
Reports
A complete security system must include full auditing and reporting capabilities. Our Report Wizard provides software users with the ability to create and customise their own specific reports from within the Controlsoft Lite application.
Software Users
System administrators can configure the permission levels for users of the software application. From users with wide-ranging responsibilities to those with single function duties, Controlsoft Lite enables administrators to assign an individual username / password and tailor their users' system experience directly to their jobs.
